- Record date: February 28, 2020

- Exercise ratio: 01 share – 01 voting right

- Meeting time: 08:00am, May 05, 2020.

- Meeting venue: Meeting hall, floor 2, PV GAS tower, 673 Nguyen Huu Tho street, Phuoc Kieng commune, Nha Be district, HCM city.
