The Board resolution dated April 22, 2020, Landmark Holding Joint Stock Company (LMH) approved the following issues:

The BOD approved the divestment in Landmark Energy Joint Stock Company. Therefore, Landmark Energy Joint Stock Company is no longer a subsidiary of LMH.
The BOD approved the divestment in Vsmarttek Joint Stock Company. Therefore, Vsmarttek Joint Stock Company is no longer a subsidiary of LMH.
The BOD approved to stop to implement the plan to invest in Landmark Parasola Power JSC.
The BOD approved to stop to implement the plan to invest in Landmark Real Property JSC.
