The Board resolution dated April 22, 2020, the Board of Directors of Thu Duc Water Supply Joint Stock Company approved to plan the dividend payment for 2019 as follows:

1. To pay first cash dividend for 2019:

-       Record date: May 07, 2020

-       Payment time: May 18, 2020

2. To pay remaining cash dividend for 2019:

-       Expected exercise ratio: 3.00% (300 dongs/share).
