On April 20, 2020, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Decision No.190/QD-SGDHCM to put the stock of Dai Thien Loc Corporation (stock code: DTL) into supervision status as from April 27, 2020.

Reason: The profit after tax of parent company’s shareholders of 2018 & 2019 was -17.249 billion dongs & -140.469 billion dongs, according to the audited financial statements in 2018&2019. This is the case of securities supervised according to Point b, Clause 1.1, Article 23 of the Listing Regulations on the Hochiminh Stock Exchange attached to Decision No.85/QD-SGDHCM dated March 19, 2018.

The trading time for DTL shares will be limited (traded only in the afternoon sessions and under the order-matching and put-through methods) from April 27, 2020.
