The Board resolution dated April 20, 2020, the BOD of Cho Lon Water Supply Joint Stock Company (CLW) approved the following issues:

1. Approving to extend the time to hold the Annual General Meeting 2020 but no later than June 30, 2020 due to the outbreak of Coronavirus (Covid-19) pandemic.
2. Approving to cancel the record date (March 18, 2020) for holding the Annual General Meeting 2020.
3. Approving the new record date to hold the Annual General Meeting 2020:

• Record date:  May 13, 2020
• Meeting date: will be informed later
• Meeting venue: at CLW.
