On April 17, 2020, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange received the Official Document No.35/CV-TNI dated April 16, 2020 by Thanh Nam Group Joint Stock Company (stock code: TNI) about the request of an extension the time to declare the Annual Report 2019 and financial statements for the first quarter of 2020 until April 30, 2020.

Reason: The company asked for a delay the financial statements in 2019 and being approved by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC). Besides, the complicated situation of Coronavirus (Covid-19) pandemic. Therefore, these causes affect reporting periods.

However, the request of TNI will be reviewed by the State Securities Commission.
