On April 16, 2020, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange received the Official Document No.90/CV-RDP dated April 16, 2020 by Rang Dong Holding Joint Stock Company (stock code: RDP) about the request of an extension the time to declare the financial statements for the first quarter of 2020 until April 30, 2020.

Reason: The company includes 01 parent company and 05 subsidiaries. Besides, the complicated situation of Coronavirus (Covid-19) pandemic in Vietnam. Therefore, the implementation of preparing the financial statements of the company that faced many difficulties.
