Petroleum Equipment Assembly and Metal Structure Joint Stock Company (stock code: PXS) sent documents to the authorities to ask permission to extend the deadline for holding the 2020 Annual General Meeting until June 2020 (before June 30, 2020) in order to comply with the recommendations of limiting crowded events in response to the outbreak of the coronavirus pandemic.

Moreover, the Board of Directors and Board of Supervisors (Term 2015 – 2020) will expire in this year’s annual general meeting. Therefore, it will take more time for the Company to report/ submit the parent company to introduce and nominate candidates for the Board of Directors and Board of Supervisors for the new term from 2020 to 2025.
