On April 08, 2020, Vinh Son - Song Hinh Hydropower Joint Stock Company issued a document to announce the record date to convene the 2020 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders to be April 29, 2020. However, pursuant to the 2014 Enterprise Law, the Company must to adjust the record date to May 04, 2020, instead of April 29, 2020.
