Sonadezi Chau Duc Shareholding Company (SZC) announces the decisions by the Board of Directors as follows:
Decision No.176 dated April 10, 2020
The Board of Directors of Sonadezi Chau Duc Shareholding Company (SZC) approved the signing of construction supervision consultancy contract for Workshop 01 and 02 in Chau Duc Industrial Park with Sonadezi Corporation. The agreement value will be negotiated but less than 35% of SZC’s total assets in SZC’s latest financial statements and expected to be VND945,149,271 ( of which, VND464,638,078 for Workshop 1, VND480,511,193 for Workshop 2).
Decision No.177 dated April 10, 2020
The Board of Directors of Sonadezi Chau Duc Shareholding Company (SZC) approved the signing of construction supervision consultancy contract for Workshop 09 in Giang Dien Industrial Park with Sonadezi Giang Dien Shareholding Company. The agreement value will be negotiated but less than 35% of SZC’s total assets in SZC’s latest financial statements and expected to be VND645,000,000.
