On March 30, 2020, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE) received the 2019 consolidated financial statements of Ninh Van Bay Travel Real Estate Joint Stock Company (HOSE: NVT). Accordingly, the after-tax profit of the parent company’s shareholders in 2019 was 26.76 billion dongs, and the undistributed after-tax profit until December 31, 2019 was -660.49 billion dongs. Therefore, the Company has not yet overcome the cause of the warning situation.

HOSE continues to remain the warning status for NVT and will consider solutions for NVT after having the semi-annual reviewed financial statements in 2020.
