Fecon Corporation (FCN) has won new construction packages, including the following projects:

1. Package: LOTTE Mart at Vinh City

-       Investor: Lotte Vietnam Trading Center JSC

-       Location: Vinh City, Nghe An Province.

-       Total value: VND 25,684,694,749.

2. Package: Center for displaying, buying and selling, servicing Toyota’s Global standards

-       Investor: Golden Construction JSC No.2

-       Location: Da Lat City, Lam Dong Province

-       Total value: VND 121,000,000,000

3. Package: Hoa Sen Dai Phuoc – Dai Phuoc Lotus

-       Investor: Vina Dai Phuoc - CFLD

-       Location: Dai Phuoc Commune, Nhon Trach, Dong Nai

-       Total value: VND 61,000,000,000

4. Package: research, production and sales of LED lighting equipment

-       Investor: Phuong Hoang Xanh A&A Group Corporation

-       Location: Hoa Lac High Technology Area, Thach Hoa Commune, Thach That District, Ha Noi.

-       Total value: VND 26,545,438,636.

5. On April 02, 2020, FECON Infra and Urban JSC (FCI&U) (is a subsidiary of FCN) and DLG Holdings Investment JSC signed transaction agreements for researching, developing of the urban projects in Dong Thap.
