On 06 Mar 2020, Tri Viet Asset Management Corporation Joint Stock Company announced Notice of unsuccessfully organizing the 1^st Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2019 as follows:
On 04 Mar 2020, Tri Viet Asset Management Corporation Joint Stock Company organized the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2020 (1^st time) at 5^th Floor, No. 142 Doi Can, Doi Can ward, Ba Dinh district, Hanoi. Total number of shareholders and representatives was 07 shareholders, equivalent to 13,826,356 shares, and equivalent to 34.55% / total number of voting shares of the Company
Based on article 141 of Corporate Law and article 19 of the Charter of the Company, the 1^st Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2020 of Tri Viet Asset Management Corporation Joint Stock Company was not qualified to be organized because the number of shareholders registered to participate did not represent the minimal rate of 51%/ total number of voting shares of the Company
The Company will organize the 2^nd Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2020, the exact time and venue will be announced in details at the invitation letter to participate the 2^nd Annual Meeting and al documents will be uploaded onto the website of the Company at: http://tcorp.vn/
