Based on decision dated March 03, 2020, the Board of Directors of Hoa Sen Group approved to plan the share buyback as treasury shares from employees resigned in the stock issuance under ESOP 2017. Details are as follows:

-       Number of treasury shares before trading: 245,900 shares

-       Number of registered shares to repurchase: 26,200 shares

-       Trading method: to transfer rights via the Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD)

-       Purchase price: VND 10, 000/share

-       Time of implementation: within 30 days after being approved by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC).
