VRC Real Estate and Investment Joint Stock Company announces the resolution of Extraordinary General Meeting 2020 in the form of balloting shareholders in writing dated February 25, 2020 with the following issues:

Approving a plan for share buyback;
Approving to elect Ms. Phan Chieu Anh as Member of the Board of Directors for the term of 2019 to 2023;
Allowing Happy Land Investment Joint Stock Company to buy shares to raise the ownership ratio from 25% or more on the total voting shares of VRC Real Estate and Investment Joint Stock Company without via public tender offer.
Approving to guarantee the bond issue of ADEC Joint Stock Company in 2020 by mortgaging the shares of My Xuan Port Services and Shipbuilding Joint Stock Company. The maximum number of mortgaged shares can be up to 9,869,066 shares.
