Dividend pay-out ratio:           25%/ par value (VND2,500/ share)

Payment date:                          April 24, 2020

-Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

 -Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited:  Rangdong Light Source and Vacuum Flask Joint Stock Company as from April 24, 2020.
