Hoang Quan Consulting – Trading – Service Real Estate Corporation (HQC) announces updates on its project as follows:

The Social Housing Project at 35 Ho Hoc Lam, An Lac Ward, Binh Tan District, Ho Chi Minh City has been accepted by the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Construction for Block A, B and Trade Center. The Project is invested by Ho Chi Minh City Housing Development Fund (HOF) and cooperated for construction by Hoang Quan Consulting - Trading - Service Real Estate Corporation. Until the present, the Social Housing Project At 35 Ho Hoc Lam has been put into use for the entire project (including six blocks and a trade center).

Besides, HQC Nha Trang Social Housing Project (Or Paradise Plaza), invested by Hoang Quan Consulting – Trading – Service Real Estate Corporation (HQC), has been accepted for Block A2 by the Department of Construction of Khanh Hoa Province. Therefore, Paradise Plaza Project has been put into use for Block A2 and B2.

As planned, HQC expected to open Pandora Plaza on March 21, 2020. However, due to the outbreak of Covid-19 pandemic, and to comply the instructions of the People’s Committee of Ho Chi Minih City in response with Covid-19, HQC decided to postpone the opening ceremony of Pandora Plaza until further announcements.
