On 24 Mar 2020, Vinaconex 25 Joint Stock Company issued the Announcement No. 125TM/ 2020/ VC25 – HDQT on change in time to hold Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2020 of the Company as follows:
On 11 Mar 2020, Board of Directors of Vinaconex 25 Joint Stock Company invited its shareholders to attend the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2020 held at 8:00 a.m. on 27 Mar 2020.
However, due to unpredictable and complicated evolution of coronavirus disease (COVID-19) in Vietnam in general and Da Nang City in particular, to implement the recommendations on disease prevention, and steering documents of the Prime Minister, National Steering Committee for COVID-19 disease prevention and Da Nang City, Chair of Board of Directors of Vinaconex 25 Joint Stock Company (VCC) issued the Decision No. 12/ QD/ VC – HDQT dated 24 Mar 2020 on adjustment of time to hold Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2020 of the Company. Specifically:

Time to hold the Meeting:

8:00 a.m. on 13 Apr 2020 (Monday)

Place of the Meeting: Hall on floor 6, headquarter of the Company at No. 89A Phan Dang Luu – Hai Chau District – Da Nang City
Other contents: according the Invitation letter No. 101TM/ 2020/ VC25 – HDQT dated 11 Mar 2020 sent to the shareholders
Other issues:

Shareholders please confirm the attendance or authorization to attend by complete and send letter of attendance registration or letter of authorization to attend to the Company before 3:00 p.m. on 10 Apr 2020 according to address of Shareholder Relations Department of Vinaconex 25 Joint Stock Company – No. 89A Phan Dang Luu – Hai Chau District – Da Nang City; Tel.: 0236 3 621 637; Fax: 0236 3 621 638 by post or fax number (if there is any change from the registered content);
