PXM: Change of reason for trading restriction on UPCoM to PXM

As of 23/03/2020, pursuant to Regulation on organization and management of UPCoM of HNX attached to Decision No.634/QD-SGDHN dated  24/9/2019, HNX announced the change of reason for trading restriction to ONW stock as follows:
- Issuer: Mien Trung Petroleum Construction JSC
- Stock code: PXM
- Previous reason for trading restriction:
+ The Company reported Owner's equity in 2015 financial statements to be a non-positive number, the auditing company refuse to give opinion on the audited financial statements 2015 (according to notice number 510/TB-SGDHN on 19/05/2016).
- Changed reason for trading restriction: The Company reported Owner's equity to be negative in the audited financial statements 2019; the auditing company has opposite opinion with the financial statements 2019 of the Company. According to Point b and d, Item 1, Article 32 Trading Regulation, the stock is put under restriction.
 
HNX shall inform normal trading resuming of PXM after the Company has remedied the causes leading to trading restriction status according to Regulation on trading registration.
