On 30/03/2020, MBG Group Joint Stock Company announced the correction of Results of share issue for dividend payment as follow:
III. Result of the share issue:
1. Number of distributed shares: 1,255,200 shares, in which:
- Number of shares distributed to 713 outstanding shareholders: 1,255,098 shares
- Number of shares issued to 01 shareholder: 102 shares (according to the Plan for distributing odd shares announced at Board resolution No.260401/2019/MBG/NQ-DHCD dated 26/04/2019).
