TYA: Board resolution on loans at CTBC Bank

According to the Board Resolution posted on TYA’s website from February 29, 2020, the Board of Directors of Taya (Vietnam) Electric Wire and Cable JSC approved the loans at CTBC Bank Co., Ltd. – Hochiminh Branch and CTBC Bank Co., Ltd. – West Tainan Branch with the total credit limit no more than US$3,000,000.

The Board authorized CEO Wang Ting Shu, the Company’s legal representative, to sign credit agreements with CTBC Bank Co., Ltd. – Hochiminh Branch and CTBC Bank Co., Ltd. – West Tainan Branch.
