According to the board resolution dated March 24, 2020, the Board of Directors of Hoang Huy Investment Financial Services Joint Stock Company (HOSE: TCH) approved the policy on increase the ownership ratio in Hoang Huy Investment Services Joint Stock Company (HOSE: HHS), as follows:

- Owning volume in Hoang Huy Investment Services Joint Stock Company before trading: 100,489,334 shares (36.57% HHS)

- Buying volume: 25,000,000 shares

- Owning volume in Hoang Huy Investment Services Joint Stock Company after trading: 125,489,334 shares (45.6% HHS)

- Selling price: no more than 10,000 dongs/share

- Trading method: order-matching and/or put-through on the Hochiminh Stock Exchange, without a public tender offer.
