Due to the complicated situation of Covid-19 pandemic in Vietnam. Therefore, the Board of Directors of Vinalink International Freight Forwarders approved the following issues:

1. Approving to retain the record date of March 30, 2020 to hold the Annual General Meeting 2020 and to pay second cash dividend for 2019.
2. Approving to delay the holding of Annual General Meeting 2020 on April 28, 2020 until the appropriate time. The details will be informed later.
3. Approving to delay the second cash dividend payment for 2019 to shareholders.
