On 23 March 2020, Song Da Investment and Trading Joint Stock Company announced Notice of renewing the information disclosure time of 2019 Financial Statement of SIG from the State Securities Commission of Vietnam as follows:

State Securities Commission of Vietnam approved allowing the Company to renew the information disclosure time of Financial Statement recorded for the fiscal year of 2019 according to the regulations at Point c, Clause 01, Article 08 of the Circular No 155/2015/TT-BTC issued on 06 Oct 2015 by the Ministry of Finance on guidance for information disclosures on stock market, details as follows: The Company must publish the audited annual Financial Statement within 100 days from the final date of the fiscal year but not over 10 days from the date that the auditor signs the audited Financial Statement.

State Securities Commission of Vietnam required the Company to publishing the information about the renewal of information disclosure time of Financial Statement at the website of the Company and publishing the information about Financial Statement as soon as possible as regulated. In case that the Company did not implement fully and timely the above information disclosure duty, the State Securities Commission of Vietnam will consider and handle the case as current regulations.
