-       Stock name: Nafoods Group Joint Stock Company

-       Stock type: common share

-       Par value: VND 10,000/share

-       Expected offering volume: 905,950 shares, equivalent to 2.04% number of outstanding voting shares

-       Total value (based on par value): VND 9,059,500,000

-       Offering price: 13,043 dongs/share

-       Offering method: private placement

-       Offering partner: Endurance Capital Vietnam I Ltd (Endurance is a major shareholder who is holding 6.92% number of outstanding voting shares of NAF).

-       Purpose: to supplement working capital

-       These shares will be restricted in 01 year from the finish date of the offering.

-       Time of implementation: in 2020 after being approved by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC).
