- Number of treasury shares before trading: 35,329,870 shares

- Number of shares registered to buy: 9,000,000 shares

- Purpose: to stabilize the market price

- Expected trading period: from April 06, 2020 to May 05, 2020

- Trading method: Order matching or put through.
