On March 24, 2020, The PAN Group Joint Stock Company announces the purchase of treasury shares as follows:

- Number of treasury shares before trading: 69,000 shares

- Number of shares registered to buy: 21,600,000 shares

- Purpose: to reduce the number of outstanding shares and to raise the value of shareholders.

- Expected trading period: from April 02, 2020 to April 29, 2020

- Trading method: Order matching.
