On March 20, 2020, the Board of Directors of Hai An Transport and Stevedoring Joint Stock Company approved to plan the share buyback as treasury shares as follows:

-   Number of shares registered to buy: 2,000,000 shares, equivalent to 4.1% charter capital

-   Purpose: to reduce the number of outstanding shares and to raise the value of shareholders.

-   Expected trading period: expected in April 2020 after being approved by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC).

-   Trading method: order matching or put through.
