On March 20, 2020, Sai Gon Water Infrastructure Corporation (SII) completed the transfer of 80,000 shares of Saigon - An Khe Water JSC. After the transfer completes, SII still owns 1,960,000 shares, equivalent to 49% contribution capital in Saigon - An Khe Water JSC. Accordingly, An Khe Water JSC is no longer a subsidiary of SII.

    As from March 20, 2020, An Khe Water JSC is an associated company of SII.
