TDB: Cancellation of organizing annual meeting of shareholders 2020

On 03/03/2020, the BOD of Dinh Binh Hydro Power Joint Stock Company sent the invitation to attend annual general meeting of shareholders 2020 to all shareholders, in which the expected date was 17/04/2020. However, due to the situation of Covid-19 in Vietnam, implementing the recommendations of the Ministry of Health on limiting the events with crowded people. 
The BOD of Dinh Binh Hydro Power Joint Stock Company announced the cancellation of organizing annual meeting of shareholders 2020 on that date.
The annual general meeting of shareholders 2020 will be conducted in appropriate time and will be announced to the shareholders as prescribed by the existing regulations.
