On April 07, 2016, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Decision No. 150 to put the stock PIT of Petrolimex International Trading Joint Stock Company under supervision status because the undistributed after-tax profit of Petrolimex International Trading Joint Stock Company in 2014 was -9.8 billion dongs; the after-tax profit of the parent company’s shareholders in 2015 was -7.9 billion dongs according to the audited consolidated financial statements in 2014 and 2015.
On March 09, 2020, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange received the 2019 audited financial statements of Petrolimex International Trading Joint Stock Company. Accordingly, the after-tax profit of parent company’s shareholders in the consolidated financial statements was 6.6 billion dongs and the undistributed after-tax profit on December 31, 2020 was –21.2 billion dongs. However, the auditor continued giving an except-for opinion on the audited consolidated financial statements.
Therefore, HOSE continues to remain the supervision status for the stock PIT.
