According to Decision No.122 dated March 16, 2010, the Board of Directors of Sonadezi Chau Duc Shareholding Company (short name: SZC) approved the signing of the agreement on lighting system construction for DD.20 Street with Sonadezi Environment Joint Stock Company (SONAENCO). The agreement value will be negotiated but less than 35% of SZC’s total assets in SZC’s latest financial statements and expected to be VND991,477,162.
