According to the Board resolution dated March 16, 2020, the Board of Directors of Viet Nam Tanker Joint Stock Company adopted the following issues:

1. To postpone the 2020 Annual General Meeting due to the Covid-19 pandemic. The 2020 Annual General Meeting will be convened at an appropriate time before June 30, 2020 and notified to shareholders.   
2. To continue using the list of shareholders on the record dated of February 28, 2020 for the next general meeting of shareholders.
