On March 16, 2020, Phu Nhuan Jewelry Joint Stock Company announces the adjustment of the Board resolution dated February 27, 2020 regarding the share buyback as treasury shares from employees resigned in the stock issuance under ESOP 2018 with the following details:

- Number of registered shares to repurchase: 39,830 shares (instead of 39,930 shares)

- Trading method: to transfer rights via the Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD)

- Purchase price: VND 20,000/share

- Time of implementation: after being approved by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC).
