According to the Board resolution dated March 13, 2020, the Board of Directors of Sai Gon Vien Dong Technology Joint Stock Company adopted the following issues:

Cancellation of Announcement No.01/TB-HDQT dated March 05, 2020 regarding a record date for convening the 2020 Annual General Meeting.
Postponement of the 2020 Annual General Meeting, which was expected to convene on April 29, 2020, due to Covid-19. The 2020 Annual General Meeting will be convened at the appropriate time and the Company will post information on its website as regulated.
