On March 13, 2020, Sai Gon Water Infrastructure Corporation issued the Resolution No.01 to approve the following issues:

1. Approving the result of public offering:

-       Number of shares registered offering: 37,419,280 shares

-       Number of distributed shares: 6,104 shares, accounting for 0.016% offering volume

-       Number of undistributed shares: 37,413,176 shares

The company will not continue to distribute 37,413,176 shares and the ending of public offering.

2. Approving the change of charter capital after the offering:

-       Charter capital before the offering: VND 645,160,000,000

-       Charter capital after the offering: VND 645,263,157,600.
