CII: CII completes issuing VND2,000 billion of bonds

On March 13, 2020, Ho Chi Minh City Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock Company (CII) completed the private placement of VND2,000 billion of bonds as follows:

- Issuer: Ho Chi Minh City Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock Company (CII)

- Issue value: VND2,000,000,000,000

- Bond code: CIIBOND2020-02

- Bond type: non-convertible, secured bond, without warrants

- Bond interest rate: 11%/year

- Bond term: 36 months

- Par value: VND1,000,000/bond

- Purpose: The proceeds will be used to increase the working capital of the issuer and/or invest in programs and projects of the issuer.
