HVA: HNX notice: Stock under trading restriction (HVA)

As of 13/03/2020, pursuant to Regulation on organization and management of UPCoM of HNX attached to Decision No.634/QD-SGDHN dated  24/9/2019, HNX announces on stock under trading restriction of HVA as follows:
  • Issuer:  HVA Investment Joint Stock Company
  • Securities type: common stock
  • Stock code: HVA
  • Par value: VND10,000/share
  • Number of shares under temporary trading restriction: 5,650,000 shares
  • Total value under temporary trading restriction (by par): VND 56,500,000,000
  • Trading restriction: HVA can only be traded on Friday weekly
  • Effective date: 17/03/2020
  • Reason: The Company has not remedied the cause for which stock has been delisted in accordance with the provisions of Point h, Clause 1, Article 60 of Decree 58/2012/NĐ-CP dated 20/07/2012.
 
Hanoi Stock Exchange will notify when HVA is allowed to be traded normally again after the company remedies the cause for being put under trading restriction.
