On March 11, 2020, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Announcement No.340/TB-SGDHCM about the record date of VietNam Prosperity Joint Stock Commercial Bank as follows:

- Ex-right date: March 20, 2020

- Record date: March 23, 2020

Reason & purpose: to hold the 2020 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders.
