On March 10, 2020, the Board of Directors of Hoang Huy Investment Services Joint Stock Company approved the following issues:

The Company will boost the distribution of Navistar trucks (America).
The Company and subsidiaries will participate in the capital contribution at Hung Viet Trading Joint Stock Company (the firm assigned to invest in and manage Hoang Huy’s projects)
