According to Decision No.3A/2020 dated March 10, 2020, the Board of Directors approved the following issues:

1. Allowing Phat Dat Real Estate Development Corp to sign an agreement to purchase all or a part of products of Sai Gon – KL Real Estate Joint Stock Company, a subsidiary of Phat Dat Real Estate Development Corp.   
2. Approving the policy that Phat Dat Real Estate Development Corp can use its assets to guarantee the obligation for the 3rd bond issue of 2019 for Military Commercial Joint Stock Bank – Sai Gon Branch. Accordingly, Phat Dat Real Estate Development Corp will use all of asset rights/assets arisen from Zone 2 Project in Nhon Hoi Eco-tourism Urban Area, Nhon Hoi Industrial Park, Binh Dinh Province as collateral at Military Commercial Joint Stock Bank – Sai Gon Branch.
