NOTICE OF SHARE ISSUE TO INCREASE SHARE CAPITAL FROM OWNER’S EQUITY
On 03/02/2020, Tan Cang Warehouse Joint Stock company announced the share issue to increase share capital from owner’s equity as follows:

II. Plan to issue share to increase the Company’s equity from owner’s equity
1. Name of share: share of Tan Cang Warehouse Joint Stock company
2. Type of share: common share
3. Par value: VND 10,000/ share
4. Total number of shares: 14,998,258 shares
5. Number of outstanding shares:14,998,258 shares
6. Number of treasury share: 0 share
7. Number of shares expected to be issued for dividend payment: 2,999,651 shares
- Number of shares expected to be issued for increasing share capital from owner's equity: 1,994,768 shares
8. Total value of shares expected to be issued (according to par value) expected to be issued for dividend payment: VND 29,996,510,000
- Total value of shares expected to be issued (according to par value) expected to be issued for increasing share capital from owner's equity: VND 19,947,680,000
9. Rate of issue (number of shares expected to be issued/ number of outstanding shares) for dividend payment: 20%/ charter capital
