Transimex Corporation announces a record date for the 2018 stock dividend payment as follows:

-     Record date: February 19, 2020       

-     Exercise ratio: 15% or 100:15 (Those who own 100 shares will be receive 15 new shares.)

-     How to deal with fractional shares: The number of newly issued shares distributed to each existing shareholder will be rounded down. The fractional share (if any) will be cancelled. 

-     Place of implementation:

+      Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where shares have been deposited.

+      Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at Transimex Corporation (Floor 9, 172 Hai Ba Trung, Da Kao ward, district 1, Ho Chi Minh city).
