According to Board Resolution No.01/2020 dated January 17, 2020, the Board of Directors of Viet Dragon Securities Corporation (VDSC) approved the first bond issue in 2020 as follows:

-       Issuer: Viet Dragon Securities Corporation (VDSC)

-       Bond type: non-convertible bond, unsecured

-       Par value: VND1,000,000/bond

-       Offering volume: 800,000 bonds

-       Total offering value: VND800 billion

-       Offering price: 100% par value

-       Issue date: in 2020.
