- Profit after tax of separate financial statement of the 4th quarter of 2019 increased by VND 4,092 billion compared to the same period last year due to the increase of gross profit from the transfer of real estate of Vinhomes Marina projects and dividend.
- Profit after tax of the consolidated financial statement of the 4th quarter of 2019 increased by VND 4,098 billion compared to the same period last year due to the increase of gross profit from the transfer of real estate of Vinhomes Ocean Park and Vinhomes Smart City projects.
