On February 27, 2020, Viet Capital Securities Joint Stock Company announces the purchase of treasury shares as follows:

- Number of treasury shares before trading: 50,014 shares

- Number of shares registered to buy: 66,000 shares

- Purpose: to repurchase shares as treasury shares from employees resigned in stock issuance under ESOP 2019.

- Expected trading period: February 2020 or March 2020

- Purchase price: VND 12,000/share

- Trading method: to transfer rights via the Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD).
