Sao Mai Group Corporation sent documents to HOSE to ask for a delay in the disclosure of financial statements in 2020 as follows:

-           For the quarterly financial statements: within 30 days from the last day of quarter;

-           For the semi-annual (reviewed) financial statements: within 60 days from the last day of first six months of fiscal year;

-           For the annual (audited) financial statements: within 100 days from the last day of fiscal year.

However, the request of ASM will be considered by the State Securities Commission.
