HDB: Information on selling the treasury shares

On February 26, 2020, Ho Chi Minh City Development Joint Stock Commercial Bank announces the selling of treasury shares as follows:

- Number of treasury shares before trading: 18,370,208 shares

- Number of shares registered to sell: 3,345,120 shares

- Purpose: to sell treasury shares for employees, total proceeds will be used to supplement its working capital.

- Expected trading period: from March 09, 2020 to April 07, 2020

- Selling price: VND 10,000/share

- Trading method: to transfer rights via the Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD).

- These shares will be restricted in 03 years from the finish date of the issue.
