On February 24, 2020, the Board of Directors of Bien Hoa Packaging Company (SVI) approved the first holding Extraordinary General Meeting 2020 as follows:

1. Approving to change its business lines.
2. Approving to raise the ownership ratio at SVI to 100%.
3. Approving to amend and supplement its charter.
4. Approving the resignation of Mr. Nguyen Duc Minh as member of BOD.
5. Approving the record date for the first holding Extraordinary General Meeting 2020:

-       Meeting time: expected in Q2.2020

-       Record date: March 16, 2020.
