According to the Board resolution dated February 25, 2020, the Board of Directors of Truong Thanh Furniture Corporation (TTF) approved to transfer the whole stake at Truong Thanh Forestry Joint Stock Company (TTC) to its partner as follows:
- Stock type: common stock
- Par value: VND10,000/share
- Number of shares to be transferred: 5,960,000 shares, equivalent to 99.33% of the charter capital of Truong Thanh Forestry Joint Stock Company.
- Transfer price: not less than VND8,500/share
- Estimated proceeds from the stake transfer: VND50,660,000,000.
